Gloria Carrasco

Gloria is a Business Change and Transformation Programme Manager, with extensive experience planning and implementing Organizational Change, Operating Model and Digital Transformation programmes.

Over more than 20 years’ experience in both corporate and consulting landscapes, Gloria has successfully covered progressive roles in PMO, Project and Transformation Programmes Lead. Through this journey, she has also become very experienced in Business Change, Target Operating Model and Digital Transformation.

As an independent consultant, Gloria has worked in complex programmes, planning and delivering business transformation across many industries.
Other areas of focus include organization design, stakeholder management and process implementation to achieve operational effectiveness.

Gloria has a deep understanding of change management methodologies and organizational design/target operating model and her passion is inspiring clients to embrace change, keeping motivation and performance high through communication, collaboration, honesty and ownership.

Gloria is a Certified SAFe®4.6 Agilist, PMP certified and PRINCE2 practitioner. Bilingual in English and Spanish with a BPSS Security Clearance until 2021. She holds a BA in Law from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.
