Isabella Reggio
Isabella is an expert in and passionate about the design and delivery of large business transformation and change initiatives.
She has an international corporate background, including 15 years at GE Capital, mainly in Commercial Finance, and has built cross functional knowledge through a variety of assignments in Operations, Asset Management, Finance and Six Sigma. She has developed strong change and programme management skills through the leadership of several business initiatives, including the integration of European operations functions, the centralization and outsourcing of customer service and support processes, the automation of documentation processing flows, resulting in redesigned organizations, and delivering improvements and productivity.
As an independent consultant, Isabella has worked with corporate blue chip clients leading and delivering change programmes in Operational Excellence, sales force effectiveness, systems implementation, outsourcing and organizational re-design.
She holds a BA from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Isabella is a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant and a SAFe 4 Release Train Engineer.
