Riccardo has 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant and corporate finance advisor.
Prior to founding nest321, Riccardo was a Partner at Monitor Group in London, where he advised senior clients at large corporates and SMEs on how to achieve profitable growth. His work focused on issues relating to corporate strategy, business development and organisational effectiveness. Riccardo was also a founding member of Monitor Group M&A advisory practice, where he advised clients on public and private transactions. Over time, he has developed experience across industries including industrial goods, natural resources, healthcare and financial services.
More recently, as an independent consultant, Riccardo has worked with SMEs on growth and scaling up of activities, both commercially and operationally.
He holds a BA from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Riccardo is certified SAFe SA.
